Questetra, Inc. has launched a new feature, “AI Agent Process,” in its cloud-based workflow product “Questetra BPM Suite,” that makes it easy to utilize generative AI.
This function makes it possible to incorporate “generative AI processing” into workflow apps. For example, a field department staff member can simply write “Concisely summarize the inquiry content” in the process settings, and all inquiries will be automatically summarized.
Currently, expectations are rising for the use of generative AI in Japanese companies. Many companies are considering its introduction for the purpose of “reducing labor hours” and “costs.” However, in reality, the use of generative AI has only gone to the consideration stage due to the following issues, and its introduction into the workplace has not progressed.

“There are few people with knowledge and skills regarding generative AI.”
“I can’t think of a scenario in which I would use generative AI in my work.”
The “AI Agent Process” is a function where the AI automatically executes processing based on instructions entered by the user in natural Japanese. No specialized knowledge such as special programming or API settings is required.
