The company’s technical department was facing a major challenge in creating minutes after meetings and discussions.
In the work of engineers, meetings with clients and internal project meetings frequently occur. In particular, in the application department that develops systems, meetings to decide specifications and define requirements often last long, and it often takes two to three times as long to prepare meeting minutes.
This resulted in a reduction in the time that engineers should be able to focus on, such as technical work and making proposals to customers.
Aiming to solve these issues and to advance efforts to reform the work of its engineers, the company conducted test operations and comparisons of multiple services, and began gradually introducing “LINE WORKS AiNote” from July 2025.
