RevComm Inc. has introduced MiiTel, a voice analysis AI, to Rakuten Travel, a travel booking service operated by Rakuten Group Inc. The service will be used as part of efforts to improve the quality of the consulting services provided to registered accommodation facilities.
Rakuten Travel assigns dedicated staff to registered accommodation facilities nationwide to provide consulting services to improve customer attraction and maximize sales. Each consultant utilizes marketing data on Rakuten Travel and other resources to make new proposals and solve the challenges faced by each accommodation facility through a variety of communication methods, including in-person visits, telephone calls, and web conferences.
The introduction of MiiTel aims to optimize the daily communication between Rakuten Travel’s consultants and accommodation facilities. Rakuten Travel will use AI technology to visualize communication and make improvements such as increasing efficiency and reducing workload, thereby further improving the quality of consulting services and maximizing accommodation facility sales. Furthermore, by improving the productivity of Rakuten Travel’s consultants, the company aims to provide even more detailed support to more accommodation facilities. Revcom will contribute to improving the quality of the consulting services provided by Rakuten Travel to registered accommodation facilities and maximizing accommodation facility sales by providing its telephone analysis AI “MiiTel Phone,” web conference analysis AI “MiiTel Meetings,” face-to-face conversation analysis AI “MiiTel RecPod,” and AI business assistant “MiiTel Synapse Copilot.”
