Givery Inc., which develops and consults on AI agents and develops AI/DX human resources, will begin offering a new service called “Givery AI Monitoring” on December 15th, which will visualize the rapidly expanding use of generative AI within companies from both business and security perspectives.
In response to the current situation where the ROI of AI use cannot be measured and shadow AI is rampant, increasing the risk of information leaks, we provide an AI monitoring service that can comprehensively grasp the “actual state” of AI use.
Background to service development
Globally, investment in generative AI is expanding rapidly, and even in Japan, large companies are investing billions of yen annually.
However, survey results show that only about 30% of domestic companies have a clear sense of the benefits of their AI investment, and approximately 60% do not measure the effectiveness of their AI investments. This means that many companies are unable to visualize “how much it is being used and how much it is leading to results.”

On the other hand, survey results show that approximately 40% of employees are using generative AI that companies are unaware of, known as “shadow AI,” and risk issues are also emerging. Although risks specific to generative AI, such as inputting personal and confidential information, violating guidelines, and using AI without authorization, are rapidly increasing, not many companies yet have a system in place to detect and manage these in real time.
Now that companies have entered a phase where they are making full use of generative AI, there is a strong demand for a platform that can smoothly realize “quantitatively understanding the return on investment of AI” and “controlling usage to prevent risks such as information leaks.” In response to this situation, we have developed a new service called “Givery AI Monitoring” that comprehensively visualizes the effectiveness and security risks of generative AI.
Features of “Givery AI Monitoring”
- Visualizing AI utilization status: Automatically collects usage rates by department, work time reductions, frequently occurring prompts, etc. to quantify the return on investment of AI.
- Automatic detection of security risks: Detects and reports on the entry of personal information, violation of guidelines, suspicious access, etc.
- Centralized monitoring of multi-AI environments: It is compatible with the various generative AI tools currently in use, and can be smoothly implemented and monitored.
