Digital Human Co., Ltd. has begun collaborating with Allganize Japan Co., Ltd. on the all-in-one generative AI and AI agent platform “Alli LLM App Market,” to develop Digital Human’s next-generation interface.
Through this collaboration, through a dialogue experience that utilizes characters and voice, customers will be able to use the Alli LLM App Market’s automatic answer generation (RAG), FAQ responses, customer-specific AI generation apps and AI agents, enabling advanced customer support and business digital transformation.
The two companies have previously collaborated to build a next-generation interactive automated response service that utilizes voice and characters for Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company.

The project aimed to improve the user experience by combining Allganize’s highly accurate AI chat technology with Digital Human‘s interface technology.
