Dentsu Institute for Research Inc., which realizes the evolution of businesses and society through technology, will begin offering “Decision Hub,” an integrated data utilization solution that combines the generative AI technology of “Google Workspace” and “Google Cloud” with in-house and external data to support decision-making through data utilization, from Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
This solution utilizes the generative AI “Gemini” and “NotebookLM” on “Google Workspace” to efficiently perform data analysis, report creation, information organization, and more, providing a one-stop service that covers everything from building a data infrastructure to training and consulting to promote the use of AI across the company.
Many companies and local governments recognize the importance of promoting digital transformation and data-based decision-making, but when it comes to actually implementing and utilizing it, they face challenges such as “data being dispersed across departments,” “a lack of specialized personnel,” and “high implementation costs.”In particular, local governments and regional public organizations face these challenges, coupled with the difficulty of collecting data, which means that they are not making much progress in implementing evidence-based performance management (EBPM).

In recent years, the emergence of high-performance generative AI has dramatically increased the possibilities for gaining new insights from data. However, in order to safely and effectively connect these advanced AI technologies with an organization’s own data and utilize them across the entire company, new technical challenges have arisen, such as the complexity of system integration and a lack of practical know-how.
Against this backdrop, Dentsu Institute has developed “Decision Hub,” which combines its accumulated experience in data infrastructure construction and operation and data management with its knowledge of implementing Google’s generative AI, to comprehensively resolve the challenges faced by companies and local governments.
