Cybercom Inc. is pleased to announce that its generative AI service “ChatTAKUMI” will be equipped with a new voice-based option function, which will be available from February 25, 2026.
In many companies, valuable information exchanged during meetings and business negotiations remains unused and buried. The loss of this “voice knowledge” is a major loss to a company’s competitiveness. This problem can be solved by simply “adding” ChatTAKUMI to your organization, without changing your current work environment.
AI accurately transcribes and summarizes voice data from all kinds of situations, including meetings, business negotiations, and customer interactions. Furthermore, the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) function, which links with internal company information, converts individual experiential knowledge into “knowledge” that can be accessed by anyone in the organization.

This will raise the skill level of the entire organization, dramatically improving operational efficiency and competitiveness, and will enable smooth and effective implementation as the next step in DX (digital transformation).
“ChatTAKUMI” is an “internal assistant using generative AI” and has been particularly well-received for its RAG function, which can be used in a safe environment.
However, in conversations with customers, we have come to light that “voice knowledge” that is not converted into text is not being shared and is being lost, with comments such as “The contents of meetings and business negotiations are not being used for anything other than minutes,” “The know-how of talented employees is personal,” and “I wish we could record and report even in places where keyboard input is not possible.” In response to these comments, we have developed a voice utilization function to turn this into a competitive advantage for companies.
