The [ProzAnswers GenAI] series is a collective name for a group of generative AI functions that leverage the characteristics of “Proz Answers,” which combines FAQ management and ticket management, to maximize the use of generative AI technology in all phases of inquiries, thereby maximizing the ability of customers to resolve issues themselves and minimizing the number of inquiries.
