Adobe USA announced on June 4th (US time) that it has begun general availability of “Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator,” a platform for linking multiple AI (artificial intelligence) agents. It has an orchestration function that automates complex tasks and workflows by linking systems and services.
Adobe Japan published a Japanese translation of the announcement on July 23rd. Adobe has deployed “Adobe Experience Platform Agents,” purpose-specific AI agents based on “Adobe Experience Platform,” which supports the collection, management, and analysis of customer data, marketing, and ad delivery. Not only do each AI agent process simple tasks, but by using Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator in conjunction with it, complex linkages are possible.

Adobe Experience Platform Agents, Data Insight Agent and Product Support Agent, are also now generally available. Data Insight Agent transforms complex data into visual information based on natural language queries, while Product Support Agent provides product support to marketing and customer experience teams using Adobe Experience Platform applications.
