RECORE Inc. has released the “RECORE Omni-Channel App,” a Shopify-exclusive app, as a new feature of “RECORE,” the cloud-based core system for the retail and reuse industries that the Company provides.
This app is part of an O2O (Online to Offline) solution that enables a cross-border purchasing experience between stores and e-commerce sites, and in this Phase 1, it will provide a feature that allows users to check the inventory status of each store on Shopify. This will enable e-commerce site visitors to check the inventory of their nearest store in real time, optimizing the purchasing flow and encouraging more customers to visit the store.
Development background and features
In recent years, the “separation between stores and e-commerce” has become an obstacle to customer experience in the retail industry, and omnichannel and OMO strategies are becoming increasingly important. To date, we have provided the following functions through the “RECORE x Shopify” collaboration.
