Ubuntu Co., Ltd., a growth partner that enables the growth of e-commerce brands through marketing technology specifically tailored for Amazon, is pleased to announce the launch of its ” Amazon AI Agent Construction Support Service,” a service that supports the construction of AI agents specifically for Amazon, starting May 25, 2026. This service combines Ubuntu’s proprietary ” Ubuntu BASE MCP Server ” with Anthropic’s Claude Cowork to automate and enhance analysis, insight generation, and strategy planning for Amazon sellers and vendors using an AI agent.
Background of service provision
In Amazon operations, data from Seller Central/Vendor Central, Sponsored Ads, and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) has long been fragmented, requiring significant effort for data collection, matching, and visualization. With the spread of SaaS solutions such as “Ubuntu BASE,” this data integration and visualization is steadily progressing.
On the other hand, the “analysis and decision-making” process—which involves “interpreting” dashboards, “digging into the ‘why’,” and “planning the next steps” —still heavily relies on the experience and skills of the person in charge, making it a major cause of reliance on individual expertise and inflated workloads. With the evolution of large-scale language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Claude, the option of entrusting this “analysis and decision-making” to AI agents is becoming a realistic possibility.

Up until now, Ubuntu has provided data layer functions such as reporting, AMC, and automated ad bidding through “Ubuntu BASE.” Now, by connecting its unique data infrastructure and analytical know-how to Claude via MCP (Model Context Protocol) , Ubuntu is launching a new service that will elevate the “analysis” process of Amazon operations to a state where it can be “left to an AI agent.” The system has a two-layer structure, with “Ubuntu BASE” handling the data and the AI agent handling the analysis.
