Softbrain Co., Ltd., which provides “esm (e-Sales Manager),” a CRM/SFA (sales/customer management system) to improve corporate competitiveness, will begin offering “esm linkage schedulelink,” a data integration app that synchronizes schedules across different cloud services, on its app store, “esm linkage.”
This linked app can synchronize schedule information bidirectionally with groupware and CRM/SFA used by many companies, including “e-Sales Manager,” “Microsoft 365 Outlook,” “Google Workspace,” and “Salesforce.” This eliminates the need to register schedules individually in each service.
In recent years, it has become common for many companies to adopt multiple cloud services to improve business efficiency. However, because each service has its own independent scheduling function, users are forced to go through the trouble of entering an appointment into one cloud service and then registering it in another cloud service.

Furthermore, if calendar registration is not completed due to this hassle, it can mean that you are not able to fully utilize the functions and benefits that cloud services are supposed to offer.
To solve these issues, SoftBrain has launched “esm linkage schedulelink,” an app store on “esm linkage” that enables data integration between cloud services, which enables automatic synchronization of schedule information between different cloud services.
