LINE Yahoo Japan Corporation will begin offering a monetization feature through in-app advertising by displaying “Yahoo! Ads” within “LINE Mini App,” an app platform that enables users to provide their own services on the “LINE” messaging app.

Users can use the service on LINE without having to download an additional app or register as a member, and to date, 24,000 services have been released, with more than 14 million monthly active users.
For this in-app ad monetization feature, LINE has adopted “Yahoo! Ads” as the available advertising platform, which only displays ads that have been reviewed by Yahoo!.
