Varonis Systems, Inc., a leader in data security, announced the acquisition of SlashNext, an AI-native email security provider with the industry’s highest detection rate against advanced phishing and social engineering attacks.

Founded by Atif Mushtaq, one of the principal architects of FireEye’s core malware sandboxing technology, SlashNext’s predictive AI spot evasive tactics, remove threats from inboxes, and protect against multi-channel phishing attacks.
