Seven API endpoints have been introduced to support the new “Delegate” role.

Content365 Authoring
We’ve introduced the “Narration” feature. The “Narration” feature allows you to add audio narration to your courses. This allows you to add audio commentary to your courses, improving accessibility and helping learners understand the content. The
brand icon indicating a Content365 Authored course is now only displayed within the Learn365 Admin Center, and the icon has been removed from the following areas:
Study time tracking
The “Use Real-time Tracking” option, which was released in preview on May 26, 2025, is now a production feature. As a result, the “Use Real-time Tracking” toggle option has been moved to “Advanced Settings” in the Learn365 Admin Center > Global Settings > LMS Settings.
Notification Updates
Starting December 8, 2025, the “Course Not Started” reminder notification will be turned off by default for any newly created “In-Class Training Courses.”
However, students enrolled in courses created before December 8, 2025 will continue to receive this notification unless they turn it off at the course or catalog level.
Learn365 Freemium Subscription
Learn365 has discontinued its freemium service. After December 8, 2025, new installations with the Learn365 freemium subscription will no longer be available. Existing customers will fully discontinue their freemium service on March 31, 2026. To continue using the service, you will need to upgrade to a paid subscription.
Training Settings
In the Course/Training Plan settings panel, under the Settings section > Due Dates and Certifications, the label for the “Number of days after unenrollment to trigger a reset” field has changed. The new field name is “Number of days after unenrollment required to trigger a reset.”
New UI updates
Images uploaded through the “Content Editor” in the Learning Module Editor now display correctly within the Learn365 player according to the specified width and height. Retired or inactive OpenSesame courses now behave the same for students as they do in the current UI. Udemy Business branding icons now appear on the Training Dashboard, Course Catalog, Course Home Page, and in the Learn365 player.
Resolved Issues
In certain cases, when a learner enrolls in a training plan that includes courses with no prerequisites, a “Course Enrollment Confirmation” notification is sent for each course in the training plan. This issue has been resolved. Now, learners only receive the “Training Plan Enrollment Confirmation” notification.
