NTT西日本、セキュリティ対策支援サービスを開始

The NTT West Group has implemented the “Cybersecurity Primary Care” initiative, which incorporates a medical approach to cybersecurity and acts as a “security family doctor” to provide support to local governments and companies in addressing their challenges.

As part of this initiative, starting Friday, October 10, 2025, we will begin offering a “Support Service for Security Measures” that will provide comprehensive services, from diagnosing customers’ security environments to proposing countermeasure plans and providing consultation. Rather than just providing one-off diagnoses and proposals, we will contribute to improving the maturity of customers’ security measures through ongoing support as a “family doctor.”

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is scheduled to institutionalize the “Security Measures Assessment System for Strengthening Supply Chains” in fiscal 2026, which is expected to visualize the level of achievement of companies’ security measures, and security measures are beginning to be positioned as a priority issue in management strategies.
