株式会社NTTスマートコネクト will begin offering “wakucone plus,” a new service that provides one-stop business visualization and IT risk management and response, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
This service integrates IT asset management functions and security risk detection and response functions into “wakucone,” a service currently being offered that supports the promotion of DX centered on the visualization of business operations. Going beyond the current “visualization of business operations,” it also enables companies to grasp IT assets scattered throughout the company and detect and respond to potential security risks, thereby supporting companies in improving productivity and strengthening information security through the promotion of DX.

Since 2018, we have been supporting companies in promoting digital transformation through our work style visualization service “wakucone.” By visualizing the actual state of work, we have been able to identify and improve operational issues, contributing to improving productivity and promoting work style reform.
