LRM Inc. will raise a total of 200 million yen through a third-party allotment of new shares to Global Security Expert Inc. and Japan Cyber Security Fund No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership, in which GSX participates. LRM will also enter into a capital and business alliance agreement with GSX.
By realizing synergies with the 25 security-related companies participating in NCSF, we will contribute not only to the growth of our company but also to the development of the security industry as a whole.
Furthermore, by mutually utilizing the knowledge and resources of both companies based on our partnership with GSX, we will be able to flexibly respond to increasingly diverse customer needs while achieving growth and expansion for both companies.
