Aprio Technologies, a cybersecurity company based in London, UK, provides analysis services regarding the possibility and impact of cybersecurity risks that threaten business continuity, focusing on the financial sector and other critical infrastructure sectors in the UK and Europe.
We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a business partnership with Material Digital Corporation, a company that provides general digital marketing consulting services, as our sales partner in Japan for our cyber risk due diligence tool, “Cyber Insight Portal.”
Through this business alliance, we will support Material Digital in strengthening its continuous collection, analysis, and monitoring of information assets, centered on threat intelligence, for its cybersecurity business “Mamorel,” which Material Digital launched in January 2025. “Mamorel” offers comprehensive security services, including health checks, vulnerability diagnosis, penetration testing, intrusion investigations, and red team exercises, with the aim of protecting the security of companies and brands, and by partnering with our cyber risk due diligence tool, “Cyber Insight Portal,” we will contribute to strengthening the threat intelligence of the service.

In addition, Material Digital will begin acting as an agent for sales of our cyber risk due diligence tool, “Cyber Insight Portal,” to promote visualization and analytical support for corporate security risks.
London, where our company is headquartered, is one of the world’s leading cities with a concentration of major financial institutions, and is also at the forefront of risk-related businesses and cybersecurity. Meanwhile, in Japan, although interest in cybersecurity is increasing, many companies still place emphasis on “exit measures” after an incident occurs, and the concept of “cyber risk due diligence,” which analyzes and evaluates in advance the impact of cyber risks on business continuity, has only penetrated a few companies.
In light of these challenges, in March 2025, we signed a sales partnership agreement with Digital Data Solutions Co., Ltd., a cybersecurity business, and INDUSTRIAL-X Co., Ltd., a digital transformation consulting company, to expand the domestic market for “Cyber Insight Portal.” We have been supporting Japanese companies in “strengthening cybersecurity as a management strategy.”
Now, in order to expand to even more Japanese companies, we have signed a new partnership agreement with Material Digital, a company with a strong track record in the digital marketing field. Through the dissemination and implementation of cyber risk due diligence, we will further contribute to strengthening the risk management systems of Japanese companies.
