The service also supports client management and related departments, including systems, risk management, and internal audit, with budgetary arrangements, personnel acquisition, and coordination with external vendors, helping to ensure a smooth PQC transition across the entire company. The service begins with the preparation of a crypto inventory, a comprehensive inventory of information assets protected by cryptography, to identify the risk of existing cryptography being decrypted. This will be aligned with IT and cybersecurity plans, and systems to be migrated will be prioritized based on the level and importance of risk.

Next, we will consider an architecture that implements crypto-agility, a design that allows for flexible switching to new encryption methods without major system-wide changes, even in the event of a future cryptographic technology or cryptographic compromise. We will also identify technical and operational issues, evaluate the feasibility of using cloud services that support PQC, and develop a PQC roadmap. We will then implement and operate technical measures that ensure crypto-agility, and migrate systems to PQC in stages, starting with the most impacted systems, according to the roadmap. In addition, we will provide support, such as a project management office (PMO), responsible for planning and managing the overall PQC migration project.
