Yayoi Co., Ltd. announced the official release of ZEXT, a cloud-based business system specifically designed for accounting firms. The system, which allows for client management, productivity improvement, and streamlining of management support for clients, was offered as a beta version in May, with 26 companies using it as monitors and collecting feedback , leading to the official release.
ZEXT is a cloud-based business system specifically designed for accounting firm operations. It incorporates Yayoi’s know-how, which has a proven track record of supporting over 13,000 accounting firms, and is said to have functions that allow for a seamless implementation of everything from client management and productivity improvement to management support for clients. Specifically, the cloud service offers three “types” that are useful for running an accounting firm: an “information input type” that allows for the hassle-free accumulation of client information; a “productivity improvement type” that includes calendar/to-do management, document collection, progress management, and labor-hour analysis; and a “management support type” that provides insights and hints for supporting clients, such as corporate checkups, subsidy and grant assessments, correction risk assessments, and financial assessments.

Yayoi has been offering various services to accounting firms through its partnership program for accounting firms, “Yayoi PAP,” and by becoming a 弥生 PAP member , you are granted one “ZEXT” license, allowing you to use all of its functions. Additional licenses cost 2,500 yen per month (excluding tax).
