Xserver Inc. has launched two new tools, ‘XServer MCP Server’ and ‘XServer CLI,’ aimed at making server management less technical and more automation-friendly for users of Xserver and XServer Business.
Both tools are built on the company’s recently introduced XServer API and are designed around a shift happening across the developer ecosystem right now. AI agents are no longer just assisting with code. They are starting to execute infrastructure tasks too. XServer is clearly positioning itself inside that shift.
The MCP Server works with AI assistants like Claude Desktop, Visual Studio Code, and Cursor, allowing users to perform server actions using plain language prompts. Tasks like installing WordPress or creating email accounts can now be triggered conversationally instead of manually navigating dashboards or APIs.

Meanwhile, XServer CLI targets developers and operations teams that rely on terminal workflows, scripts, and CI/CD pipelines. It supports command automation and JSON output, making integration with external tools easier.
The bigger play here is accessibility. Server operations have traditionally carried a steep technical barrier. エックスサーバー is betting that AI-driven interfaces and automation-first tooling will become the new default for infrastructure management.
