STACK Infrastructure, a global data center developer and operator, has landed a ¥39.7 billion green financing deal. This funding will support the main TKY01 campus in Inzai, Greater Tokyo. The 36MW campus will be built in phases. The first 18MW is set for 2026. The next 18MW will follow in 2027. Natixis CIB and Societe Generale fully underwrote the facility. They also acted as green loan coordinators.
TKY01 sits on a 5.7-acre site. It offers strong security and resiliency. The facility is also ready for AI. This meets the evolving needs of global cloud, AI, and enterprise clients in Asia’s tight market. The financing shows STACK’s skill in working with long-term capital partners.
