SIOSテクノロジー Inc. will begin offering the beta version of a new feature, “Sticky Notes,” for its cloud workflow app, “Gluegent Flow,” from October 20th.
By utilizing this function, you can highlight areas you want to draw attention to on the application screen and add supplementary information.It can also be used as a means of conveying your “appeal” and “thoughts” to the other party as part of your communication.
Since launching its service, Grogent Flow has continued to develop products that are close to the needs of working people. In November 2024, it began offering user assistance features utilizing generative AI: Task Summary (a feature for general users that displays a summary of the target task on the task list screen), Smart Model Search (a feature for general users that easily searches for and recommends models to use when applying), and Automatic Script Generation (a feature for administrators that supports the creation of scripts that can accommodate a variety of application patterns, generating scripts based on instructions in natural language). These features have streamlined the work processes and decision-making processes in users’ application and approval tasks, allowing them to complete tasks more quickly and accurately.
