Money Forward, Inc. announced on the 8th that it has launched “Money Forward Cloud AI Contract Review,” a service that uses lawyer-supervised AI to assist in contract review. “Money Forward Cloud AI Contract Review” uses AI to automatically review contract content, making it easier to identify contract risks and deficiencies. The lawyer-supervised AI instantly identifies risk areas for each clause, streamlining legal staff’s work.

Additionally, the service displays sample amendment clauses and explanatory text supervised by specialized lawyers, allowing legal staff to refer to them as they proceed with their work, potentially improving legal staff’s skills and strengthening in-house knowledge. Furthermore, for issues that are difficult to address with AI risk checks alone, such as those specific to specific industries or business types, or those set by specific business partners, by registering your own contract templates in advance, you can compare the AI review results with your own review standards on-screen.

また、本サービスにアップロードされた契約書、登録された社内テンプレート、ローカル契約書の差分をWeb画面上に表示するドキュメント比較機能を搭載しています。また、WordファイルとPDFファイルの比較にも対応しており、取引先から受け取ったPDF形式の契約書の更新箇所をハイライト表示することもできます。また、Wordアドインオプションに加入することで、ブラウザ版「マネーフォワードクラウド AI契約書レビュー」と同様のレビュー支援機能をWord上で直接利用することもできます。と組み合わせることで マネー・フォワード クラウド契約 , AI契約レビューは、法務部門とビジネス部門のレビュー画面からシームレスに実行できます。
