ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (hereinafter, CTC) announced on the 18th that it will begin offering “StageCrew,” a cloud service that utilizes AI to streamline system development and operations, in the North American market. The service will be licensed to Technologent (registered name: Thomas Gallaway Company), a US IT solutions provider, and deployed as a SaaS. StageCrew, a cloud service developed independently by CTC, integrates with various tools for system monitoring and log collection, improving observability by streamlining information collection and visualizing response flows when incidents occur.
The service, originally launched in 2023 under the name “PITWALL,” will be renamed StageCrew in January 2025. It will also add a new function that automatically integrates and analyzes dashboard data collected and visualized by each management tool using multimodal AI, capable of analyzing different types of data, such as images and text. Technologent, a company with strengths in providing enterprise solutions, including IT infrastructure development and operation, began collaborating with CTC in February 2025 with the aim of expanding its SI business for Japanese companies in the US and supporting US companies expanding into Japan.
