Benjamin Inc. announced that it has entered into a business alliance agreement with Tsuzuki Electric Co., Ltd. with the aim of expanding engineering services in the areas of cloud computing, data utilization, CRM, and generative AI, and accelerating support for customers’ DX promotion.
In recent years, as the use of generative AI in companies has progressed from the proof-of-concept stage to full-scale operational application, the importance of engineering that can provide comprehensive support, from cloud infrastructure development to data utilization and AI implementation and operation, is increasing.
As an AWS Advanced Tier Service Partner, Benjamin has been involved in building and optimizing cloud infrastructure centered on AWS, developing data infrastructure, and supporting the utilization of generative AI. In 2025, it became the first Advanced Tier Service Partner in Japan to obtain the AWS AI Service Competency, and in 2026, it received the Rising Star Partner of the Year (Consulting) award at the Regional AWS Partner Award – Japan.

Since its founding in 1932, Tsuzuki Electric has provided comprehensive ICT services, from consulting and design to development, construction, maintenance, and operation, to approximately 20,000 customers.
The two companies began collaborating in April 2026, and have been addressing diverse needs regarding the use of data infrastructure and generative AI through joint proposals to Tsuzuki Electric’s customers.
This business partnership agreement combines Tsuzuki Electric’s extensive customer base and track record in providing ICT services with Benjamin’s technological capabilities in the cloud and AI fields, aiming to further enhance the value provided to our customers.
