The plan is straightforward. Both companies will build and promote a joint business roadmap for Japan. And as they roll this out, Japanese companies get the playbook they need to adopt agent automation without tripping over the usual implementation hurdles.

There is also a long game here. The two companies will work together on AI talent development and build BPO services that use generative AI at the core.
