ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation has signed the first distributor agreement in Japan for the Autonomous Generative AI Relationship Platform offered by Articul8 AI, Inc. This platform will be at the core of CTC’s “Data & AI Offering Suite,” a group of business transformation support services utilizing AI agents, and we will begin full-scale deployment of support for customers’ company-wide deployment and continuous use of generative AI in their business operations. We will provide total support, from formulating AI utilization concepts to building AI infrastructure and enhancing operations, and aim to achieve sales of 50 billion yen from the advanced AI business, including generative AI, by the end of fiscal year 2026.

Tasks are automatically assigned using “LLM-IQ,” which evaluates the knowledge and performance of LLMs, and “Model Mesh™,” an inference engine that autonomously controls multiple AI models and AI agents. Additionally, it employs a graph database that understands data relationships, and by showing the reasoning behind decision-making processes and answers, it is expected to improve the accuracy and reliability of generative AI. The Data & AI Offering Suite is a group of services that consistently support the use of data and AI to solve customers’ management and business challenges. CTC has standardized the knowledge it has cultivated through numerous demonstration projects and provides AI agents, AI implementation support services, data infrastructure, and more for use cases such as legal affairs, human resources, auditing, manufacturing, and sales.
