Univearth Inc., operator of the logistics DX platform ‘LIFTI,’ has secured 360 million yen in the first close of its pre-series A round, bringing total funding to 536 million yen. Investors include Theta Times, Chiba Dojo Fund, GREE Ventures, Fukui Office Machinery, and Takayuki Fukui.
The company plans to use the new capital to further develop the LIFTI platform, expand its operational network through additional M&A, and recruit talent to support business growth. This follows the integration of Chisho Transportation and Sannomaru Tsusho, which enabled Univearth to combine technology with on-the-ground transportation expertise, providing multi-temperature logistics solutions and demonstrating the scalability of its ‘technology x actual transportation’ model.
