Mynavi provides information services in a wide range of fields, including human resources information services, job hunting, career changes, part-time work, further education, weddings, news, and agriculture. In its core human resources business, the company operates the employment information site “Mynavi,” which connects students with companies in the new graduate recruitment market, the job change information site “Mynavi Career Change” and the part-time job information site “Mynavi Baito,” which connect job seekers with companies in the mid-career and part-time recruitment market, and also provides a wide range of services, from recruitment consulting to training services for employee development after joining the company, and operates businesses nationwide.
Under its vision of becoming a “visualization platform company,” PAC is developing services that utilize big data to support corporate business efficiency and decision-making, leveraging its cutting-edge data visualization techniques. The SaaS-based cloud services offered by the PAC Group are being increasingly adopted due to their ability to reduce initial costs, enable quick implementation, and reduce the burden of system operations. In particular, “Talent Palette,” which provides talent management functions, is widely used, primarily by enterprise companies with over 1,000 employees.
