Amid a declining birthrate and aging population, labor shortages, and diversifying work styles, the importance of “human capital management” and “health management” in companies is growing more important than ever. With the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s selection of “Health and Productivity Management Brands” and the mandatory disclosure of human capital by companies as a backdrop, efforts to visualize the physical and mental health of employees and link it to organizational strategy are progressing rapidly.
In order to meet these societal demands, our company and Aflac have entered into a business partnership agreement with the aim of providing comprehensive support from “visualizing health status and identifying issues” to “planning and implementing improvement measures.”

Through this partnership, we will leverage Aflac‘s corporate customer base to roll out our cloud-based health management system, “mediment,” to a variety of companies. By utilizing this service, we will expand our data-driven health management support and provide comprehensive support to adopting companies, from report creation and improvement proposals to policy implementation, thereby contributing to solving the challenges of “human capital management” and “health management” in companies.
“mediment” is a cloud service that integrates and manages information on stress checks, health examinations, surveys, and industrial physician consultations, providing quantitative and qualitative visualization of health issues at an organizational level. It is renowned for its high-quality problem identification and improvement proposals that combine the knowledge of medical professionals and AI. Its distinctive feature goes beyond data management to provide health data as “decision-making material that can be utilized in management.” It also significantly reduces the burden on human resources and labor personnel by implementing health examinations and stress checks, managing result data, coordinating industrial physician consultations, and automatically generating documents to submit to the Labor Standards Bureau. Furthermore, it supports corporate diversity management and improving well-being with features such as visualization of health examination results, advanced cross-analysis, and multilingual support for foreign employees.
