Jinearth is a group company of TWOSTONE&Sons Holdings, which provides various solutions, mainly in the engineering platform business. With the philosophy of “Enjoying things wholeheartedly. Being humble and never forgetting gratitude,” the company operates five businesses, including SES, system development, and IT infrastructure construction. With its headquarters in Tokyo and sales offices nationwide, the company’s strength is being able to procure personnel who can handle advanced upstream processes such as PMs, architects, and tech leads, and therefore being able to handle a wide range of development fields. As the company aims to grow further in the future, it was seeking to procure abundant engineering resources that could more flexibly develop and implement projects involving the company’s upstream process personnel.

We aim to expand our business along these three axes, and provide “global IT comprehensive services.” With regard to “expanding the development areas we support in our existing businesses,” our group already has consulting capabilities that can accompany customers from upstream design, but we thought that in the future, as a measure to further stimulate the use of development personnel in Vietnam, it would be effective to collaborate with partner companies that have strengths in upstream design personnel.
In addition, in order to “expand the solutions we provide to our customers,” we sought to approach solutions in the areas of IT infrastructure construction, architecture, and tech lead, which are areas of expertise for Jin Earth’s technical team.
ジン・アース has a large number of personnel capable of handling upstream design at its bases across the country and is seeking further business growth by expanding the capacity of its development personnel, while our company has abundant development personnel and is seeking to strengthen its DX consulting field. We believe that by complementing each other’s challenges, the two companies can become partners that will promote the business growth of both companies, and have therefore entered into this business alliance.
