FCE、GenieとJAPAN AIでAIエージェント市場に参入

株式会社FCEは、株式会社Genieeとの間で資本業務提携契約を締結するとともに、グループ会社である株式会社JAPAN AIとの間で出資契約および業務提携契約を締結いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。

Through this partnership, FCE will combine its digital transformation and education and training businesses with Geniee’s marketing technology and JAPAN AI’s AI agent* domain to further accelerate business reform and productivity improvement for companies.

In recent years, technological innovation surrounding generative AI and AI agents has progressed rapidly, and they are being fully utilized in companies and educational settings as next-generation tools that contribute to improving work efficiency and creativity. In particular, “AI agents,” which use AI to autonomously support work, are attracting attention as a way to provide an environment in which employees can concentrate on creative work while compensating for the limitations of human resources.
