Elastic’s Search AI platform combines traditional keyword search, the company’s most downloaded vector database, and generative AI to help organizations develop AI-driven applications and build insight engines. With the advancement of AI-first, many Japanese companies are reconsidering their data strategies to stay competitive on the global stage, and now is the perfect time to use the Search AI platform.
“Currently, many companies are struggling to extract value from the data they hold, especially unstructured data such as logs, documents, and customer interactions. Elastic‘s solutions, which combine search technology and AI, transform unutilized data into accurate answers, impactful actions, and meaningful outcomes. By using Search AI, Japanese companies can make better decisions, maximize efficiency, drive innovation, improve customer experiences, and strengthen their business resilience and security measures,” said Otani.
In addition to his work at Microsoft, Mr. Otani also provided leadership in business and sales development at Hitachi Solutions America, specializing in security and infrastructure solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
