ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (CTC) has partnered with SIGMAXYZ Inc. to launch the “CIO-Partners Service,” a comprehensive offering designed to support corporate chief information officers (CIOs) from strategy planning through execution. The service includes three offerings, starting with “CIO x Compass powered by Co-CIO Service” (CIO-Compass).

Looking ahead, CTC is developing two additional offerings under the CIO-Partners umbrella, “CIO x Architect” and “CIO x Modernize,” planned for launch in fiscal 2026.
