Buffalo Inc Forms Capital and Business Alliance with Bitkey

Buffalo Inc. and Bitkey Inc. will enter into a capital and business alliance effective Friday, August 8, 2025. By combining the capabilities of both companies, Buffalo and Bitkey aim to create synergies between the two companies and improve their corporate value over the medium to long term.

We will begin our collaboration by providing support for the implementation (installation, construction, and maintenance) of smart locks and other products, which are essential for the widespread use of Bitkey’s products, and build a stable, high-quality service infrastructure.

Going forward, we will continue to discuss expanding the scope of our collaboration, including cooperation in the area of quality assurance, leveraging our manufacturing expertise, and the joint development of new products and services that combine the technologies of both companies.
