AIP Capital (“AIP”), an alternative investment manager specializing in asset-based finance, and BeYoke Capital (“BeYoke”), a Japan-based global aviation specialty investment platform, have announced the formation of a strategic partnership.
Through this collaboration, the firms will originate aircraft and engine investment opportunities for Japanese investors, utilizing Japanese Operating Lease (“JOL”), Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (“JOLCO”) structures, and secured loan products. As part of the agreement, AIP has made a minority investment in ビーヨーク・キャピタル を設立し、取締役に就任する予定です。AIPは、日本の金融庁認可のJOL/JOLCOプラットフォームへのアクセスを提供し、アジア太平洋地域における戦略的拡大を強化します。
