ROUTE06 Inc. and DG Business Technology Inc., a company that provides comprehensive support for digital businesses, have entered into a business partnership to provide “Acsim,” a SaaS platform developed and provided by ROUTE06 that uses AI to transform requirements definition, to commerce businesses from August 18, 2025.
DGBT’s strengths include its ability to respond to complex business requirements and distribution channels accumulated through its enterprise e-commerce development, as well as its business know-how and project management capabilities stemming from ERP. By combining this with ROUTE06‘s advanced AI technology, DGBT will be able to successfully guide e-commerce replacement and large-scale development projects from the upstream process, accelerating the promotion of digital transformation for companies.
While the use of generative AI has expanded in recent years, requirements definition, which is the starting point for DX, remains highly dependent on individual skills, making it difficult to ensure reproducibility and efficiency. Due to a shortage of human resources and skill gaps in upstream processes, project delays, increased costs, and declining quality are becoming serious issues. Especially in the e-commerce business, development requirements are becoming more complex due to diversifying consumer needs, the integration of multiple channels, and strengthened integration with core systems and external services.

Leveraging its track record in building over 1,100 e-commerce sites, DGBT has supported companies in promoting digital transformation by providing comprehensive support from strategy planning and business design to system implementation and operational improvements. Through this collaboration, by combining DGBT’s execution capabilities with Acsim’s AI-based upstream process support functions, it will be possible to provide a digital transformation support model that combines reproducibility and speed, allowing for smooth execution from sorting out business issues to design and implementation, not only in projects supported by DGBT, but also in customers’ in-house projects and development led by other partners.
