Ricoh Japan Co., Ltd. launched the beta version of the “AI Consultation Assistant” feature for its cloud-based business improvement platform, RICOH kintone plus, which provides consultations in chatbot format.
RICOH kintone plus is a solution that enables business personnel to develop business applications themselves using no-code, without any specialized programming knowledge. However, those in charge of promoting its use can face challenges, such as not knowing how to select the business to which it should be applied, or having created a business application but not being able to promote its use to users.
The “AI Consultation Assistant” feature is a chatbot that allows promotion staff to easily consult with the assistant about any problems they may be having. By selecting a category such as “I’d like to consult about team development of the app,” “I’d like to find examples of other companies’ app development,” or “I’d like to find useful plugins,” and then asking a question, the AI generator will introduce examples, give advice on recommended plugins, and provide links to related case studies and websites that list integrated solutions. The assistant can also answer questions about application settings and operation methods, and provide support in troubleshooting.
