RAXUS Co., Ltd. has launched “RAXUS AI Partner,” an AI utilization support service for companies facing challenges in introducing and establishing the use of AI.
This service is an AI utilization support service that provides end-to-end support tailored to each company’s business operations, from designing AI utilization strategies and selecting and implementing tools to employee training, operational support, and performance measurement and improvement proposals. Instead of simply introducing AI, we support improved operational efficiency, increased productivity, and the widespread adoption of AI throughout the organization by creating a system that allows employees to naturally utilize AI in their daily work.
Background of the service launch
In recent years, with the spread of generative AI, interest in using AI to improve business efficiency and productivity has been growing within companies. The range of situations in which AI can be used in daily tasks such as replying to emails, creating documents, gathering information, aggregating data, and generating reports is expanding, and for companies, AI is no longer something used only by a select few specialists, but is becoming an important option to support on-site operations.

On the other hand, while many companies want to promote AI utilization, they face challenges such as not knowing where to start, lacking knowledgeable personnel within the company, contracting for AI tools but not using them in the field, and disparities in the level of utilization among employees. Our survey revealed that while 64.7% of large companies with 5,001 or more employees had adopted AI, this figure was only 23.7% for small and medium-sized enterprises with 1 to 300 employees, highlighting a significant difference in AI adoption depending on company size.
Furthermore, a separate survey targeting employees of small and medium-sized enterprises that utilize AI revealed that 67.34% felt the benefits of using AI. In order to establish AI utilization, it is important to continuously implement not only tool introduction and one-off training, but also design usage methods tailored to the content of work, establish usage rules, educate employees on how to use it in their daily work, and make improvements after implementation.
