ニューオールド・キャピタル Inc., which provides M&A advisory services to mid-tier and small-sized enterprises and supports their growth strategies, has successfully completed a PoC (proof of concept) for “NEWOLD AI,” an AI system that can be used in a secure environment exclusively within the company.
The business succession issues facing Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises are becoming more serious, and according to calculations by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, the “2025 problem” is fast approaching, in which 1.27 million companies will be left without a successor by 2025. If this problem is left unattended, it is estimated that approximately 6.5 million jobs and 22 trillion yen of GDP could be lost, making swift and appropriate support for business succession an urgent social imperative.

本ガイドラインでは、AIを活用する際のルールや倫理、機密情報や個人情報を取り扱う際の注意点などを定めています。また、AI活用を積極的に推進するための姿勢や活用事例を明確にすることで、従業員が安心・安全にAIを活用できる環境づくりを目指します。
