The new office in Tokyo takes on sales, implementation and customer success. Naoaki Mitsuya will run the show and push for grounded, on the floor adoption instead of pretty slide decks. NAVEX is basically offering Japan a way to move from ad hoc compliance firefighting to something more continuous and data informed. The NAVEX One platform brings together whistleblowing, policy management, training, third party checks, disclosures and wider risk governance all in one place. The platform adds AI on top to detect trends and weak points before they become a major issue.
