Jitera, a development AI agent provided by ジテラ Inc., has begun offering a new function called “Dynamic Documentation,” which uses AI to analyze source code and automatically generate development documentation for the entire project, including the front-end.
We have been helping to improve productivity in development sites by providing a function to automatically generate development documents such as API specifications, business logic specifications, and ERD diagrams based on source code.
However, the previous functionality was mainly limited to back-end code, and the format of the output documents was limited to a format predefined by our company, which made it difficult to handle some projects.

To solve these issues, we have combined our proprietary code analysis technology with AI to develop an automatic document generation function that is compatible with front-end and code bases with unique configurations.
With this function, AI will understand the overall code structure and automatically document the project overview, explanations of each module and function, setup methods, etc. This will promote the creation of a document-driven development system and is expected to significantly improve the efficiency of information sharing among development members and onboarding of new members.
