アイティーフォー Inc. announced that it is conducting a proof of concept (PoC) for its AI dialogue app “Coco Voice” (patent pending) in cooperation with Kyoritsu Computer Services Co., Ltd., a group company of Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank, Ltd.
CocoVoice is an app that not only allows employees to post their opinions anonymously and freely, but also aims to draw out deeper, more genuine opinions through dialogue with generative AI. By having AI analyze and report the posted content, employees’ real opinions are conveyed to management, contributing to the early detection and improvement of organizational issues.
For this PoC, the app will be introduced to some employees of Kyoritsu Computer Services from May 19, 2025, and will be rolled out to all employees from June. A report based on the results of the PoC is scheduled to be submitted from mid-July. We hope to increase the number of companies participating in the PoC in the future and support constructive communication between employees and management.

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare’s 2023 Employment Trends Survey, the national average turnover rate in 2024 will be 15.4%, an increase from the previous year. Additionally, data released in October 2024 indicates that the turnover rate within three years of new graduates who graduated in March 2021 tends to be high, at over 30%.
The idea for Coco Voice was born from employees’ strong desire to improve and change this social situation. Based on the hypothesis that providing a forum where young employees can speak their minds can transform the company, Coco Voice extracts hints for improvement from daily exchanges of opinions and dialogue, and solves issues rooted in employee engagement and organizational culture. In this way, we aim to support the creation of an environment where employees can work long-term with peace of mind.
This time, we wanted to verify the feasibility of this new product, so we decided to conduct a PoC with the cooperation of Kyoritsu Computer Services.
CocoVoice is different from conventional organizational surveys. It was developed as a mobile app that can be easily used anytime, anywhere on employees’ personal smartphones, and provides a system that allows employees to autonomously participate in organizational reform from an “employee-first” perspective.
Using smartphones as the starting point, AI analyzes the voices and opinions accumulated daily and delivers them to management in the form of easy-to-understand reports. Information based on honest opinions clarifies the issues that companies truly need to address and supports effective organizational reform. Regular feedback is provided to management, making communication between employees and management smoother and more constructive.
