Dell Technologies Inc. announced on the 24th that it has begun offering the Dell AI Code Assistant, a solution that streamlines and improves security in enterprise software development, in Japan. Dell AI Code Assistant provides Dell Implementation Services for AI code generation, utilizing the Tabnine solution, a platform that combines Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA GPUs to amplify engineers’ creativity. This is the first time that an AI software development platform incorporating Tabnine Enterprise has been offered in Japan. Utilizing NVIDIA GPUs and the Dell AI Factory infrastructure, it provides fully on-premise enterprise software development support with flexibility and data privacy. Seamlessly integrating LLMs (large-scale language models) into existing tools and processes improves developer productivity and provides an efficient coding experience. In addition, by minimising dependency on cloud APIs, it ensures the security of intellectual property (IP) and enables cost control. This is a major benefit for large development teams.
