The newly formed joint venture will operate under the D-ID brand and will revolutionize corporate communications through the power of conversational visual agents, establishing a leading position in the enterprise AI video and interactive AI avatar markets. Specifically, the merger of the two companies will combine D-ID’s cutting-edge interactive AI visual agent and AI avatar technology with simpleshow’s industry-leading explainer video production tools. This will enable the provision of a comprehensive, enterprise-grade platform that enables human-like, two-way video communication.
simpleshow has over 15 years of expertise in AI-driven video production and serves over 1,500 large enterprises worldwide, primarily Fortune 500 companies. By combining this expertise with D-ID’s real-time avatar technology, clients can utilize AI avatars as “digital employees” in a wide range of business processes, including sales development, product presentations, training, coaching, and HR onboarding. AI avatars can engage in interactive conversations, take actions (agent functionality), answer questions in real time, engage in role-playing, and deliver personalized content. The solution is scalable, multilingual, secure, and easily integrated into existing workflows.
