CyberAgent, Inc. announced that its group company AI Shift Inc. has entered a strategic collaboration with The Chugoku Electric Power Co., Inc. to accelerate the use of AI agents in the energy industry. The partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency, drive digital transformation (DX), and cultivate an organizational culture ready for AI integration.
AIシフト, whose mission is to enable human, AI collaboration and drive a productivity revolution, provides its proprietary “AI Worker” platform, a suite of domain-specific AI agents designed to augment human work. Through this partnership, Chugoku Electric Power will leverage the AI Worker platform to build and deploy AI agents capable of handling tasks such as document summarization, data analysis, internal workflows, and customer service.
The collaboration focuses on two core areas: developing practical use cases for AI agent deployment in energy operations and fostering AI literacy among employees to embed agent-driven workflows into the organization’s culture. Chugoku Electric aims to cultivate talent capable of building, customizing, and managing AI agents while promoting a company-wide understanding of AI’s potential.
