PCA Corporation announced the release of version 1.3.0 of its cloud-based expense settlement system, PCA Hub Expense Settlement, now supporting integration with transportation IC cards. The system enables users to submit receipts digitally via scanning or a smartphone app, manage travel expenses including commuter routes, and link approved payment data to company banking systems and accounting software.
With the new update, users can read usage histories from IC cards like Suica and PASMO through the mobile app and transfer the data directly to the expense settlement system. This simplifies travel expense reporting and business trip settlements by reducing manual entry and streamlining approvals.
主成分分析 Hub Expense Settlement also carries certifications from the Japan Document Information Management Association (JIIMA) for compliance with electronic bookkeeping and transaction software legal requirements. This ensures that companies adopting the system for electronic transactions and scanner storage processes meet regulatory standards without additional legal checks.

The connection to transport IC cards signifies increasing interest in hassle-free, automated expense reporting in Japan’s highly mobile and digitally advanced corporate setting.
