V Inc. has partnered with transcosmos inc. to provide a new business support service for creators active on VRChat. The service, called ModeSapo!, is offered in collaboration with Geek Jack, the cross border entertainment ecommerce platform operated by transcosmos.
ModeSapo! is designed to support creators by handling non production tasks, allowing them to focus more on creating avatars, costumes, and accessories. V will apply its operational, technical, and marketing experience in the metaverse space to manage these tasks on behalf of creators.
This project aims at tackling a serious problem that has been developing in the VRChat ecosystem. The 3D content market is becoming bigger and bigger, therefore, the creators have to deal with more and more tasks, and not only those that are related to actual production. This includes responding to customer inquiries, translation, license management, product listing, and debugging. V has identified that creators with strong production capabilities often spend significant time on these peripheral tasks, reducing the time available for creation.

To address this, V partnered with Geek Jack to launch ModeSapo! as a behind the scenes support service tailored to VRChat creators.
ModeSapo! provides comprehensive support for non-production activities related to selling digital content in VRChat. V manages daily operations and responses, helping reduce the workload for creators while improving overall sales operations.
The subscription service includes support for customer inquiries through direct messages, translation of product descriptions and image text into major languages such as English and Chinese, license management for secondary and commercial use, and administrative support for listing products on marketplaces.
Optional services are also available. These include debugging support such as verification and post production checks, avatar clothing support and parameter conversion profile creation, as well as custom image and video production for promotional purposes under marketing supervision.
Through ModeSapo!, V and トランスコスモス aim to provide a practical support framework that helps VRChat creators operate more efficiently without changing their creative workflows.
